Delivery and Returns
Most of our brides like to pick their dress up in person from our studio, but if you are unable to do this, delivery within the UK is charged at standard Royal Mail cost. We can ship worldwide – please contact us to enquire about delivery charges if you are outside the UK. Customs and other charges may apply if you live outside the UK. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery time for dresses varies, but is generally around 10-14 weeks. If you need a faster service, a ‘rush cut’ service is available subject to an additional charge.
Delivery time for shoes is normally within 10 days, but if you need your shoes within a certain time please let us know when you place your order.
The wedding gowns on our site are not normally returnable as they are cut to order just for you. Please contact us if you would like fabric swatches or additional pictures (where available) before making your order.
Even better, why not make an appointment to come and view the dresses and try before you buy? Our studio is open by appointment and we would love to welcome you to try all the beautiful gowns we have to offer. Please contact us for your appointment.
We can offer an exchange or full refund on shoes, provided that they are returned within 14 days in perfect, unworn condition. We recommend using a trackable method of postage (such as recorded delivery). Postage costs are not refundable.
We cannot accept returns on headpieces and veils for hygiene reasons, so please be sure that you have chosen just the right piece before placing your order. You can also try our sample pieces at our studio when you visit.
We want you to be delighted with your order. In the extremely unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve things swiftly. We firmly believe in the policy ‘No Unhappy Brides’. So if there is a problem with your order, please let us know.
